1. Exchange Policy

We understand you want to exchange if you are not satisfied with it. So we want to make it as simple as possible. Please read carefully the following rules:

Does not apply to return goods.

For underwear, swimwear products: we do not accept exchange / return for hygiene reasons.

For freesize products: we do not accept returns. In case of a product problem, we will apply one exchange one for the same product.

For other products, you can change the size of the same item within 3 days of receipt. Please the delivery cost is on you.

You must include a reason for the size change.

We need to receive the goods in their original condition, unused or laundered, with their tags intact and securely packed.

If you are a suburban customer, please include your bill of lading code and carrier so we can track your order as best we can.

All exchanged goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. DAPHALE does not accept any responsibility for lost products and reserves the right to refuse a refund in case the product is lost. 2. Return Policy

- You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your return will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging.

- We do not apply any changing or returning with lingerie and swimwear


- Any item(s) marked on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

- In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, shipping carrier will attempt re-delivery. If shipping carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by shipping carrier's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.


- Any returns postmarked more than 7 days from the delivery date are ineligible for refund.


- Once we receive your return, please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to be fully processed. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
We currently do not offer pre-paid shipping labels, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. All duties, taxes and shipping paid is non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


How to send back:

1. Add all unwanted item(s) to box.
2. Stick the shipping label on box.
3. Fill out return form (the more specific you are on the reason for return the better! We take your comments into account and it helps us improve).
4. Include a packing list so we can ensure fastest processing time possible.
5. Send us the return package using the carrier of your choice.
