– We cannot declare a lower value than the actual purchase price.
– Customs duties and original shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returns or failed deliveries.
2. Order Confirmation & Accuracy
– Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations, changes, or address modifications are allowed.
– Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
3. Shipping & Delivery
– Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, it is under the carrier’s responsibility.
– We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or customs-held shipments due to incorrect customer information.
– Refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund.
4. International Returns & Refunds
– No returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders due to change of mind or personal preference.
– Exceptions (Shop Errors):
- Incorrect items, manufacturing defects, or damage in transit
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with an unboxing video
– Resolution: replacement or refund provided on a case-by-case basis
