1. Exchange Policy
We understand that you may want to exchange a product if you’re not satisfied with it. Therefore, we want to make this process as simple as possible. Please read the following rules carefully:
- This policy does not apply to returns.
- For underwear and swimwear products: we do not accept exchanges/returns for hygiene reasons.
- For freesize products: we do not accept returns. In case of product issues, we will apply an exchange policy for the same product type.
- For other products, you can exchange for a different size of the same product within 3 days from the date of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- You must provide a reason for requesting a size exchange.
- We require the product to be returned in its original condition, unused or unwashed, with all tags intact, and carefully packaged.
- If you are a customer from suburban areas, please provide the tracking number and the name of the shipping service so we can track your package as efficiently as possible.
All exchanged or returned products are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them. Daphale is not responsible for lost items and reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is lost. 2. Return Policy
- You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to return items. The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
- We accept returns of new products with original tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and without any modifications for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging.
- We do not accept exchanges/returns for underwear and swimwear.
- Discounted products are not eligible for exchange/return.
- If the package is not received or refused by the recipient, the carrier will attempt to redeliver. If the carrier and/or our team are unable to arrange redelivery before the carrier’s cut-off date, the package will be destroyed or abandoned by the authorities in the recipient’s country. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for unreceived or refused packages. Additionally, if our team can return your package, all return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the total refund.
- Any returned items postmarked after 7 days from the delivery date will not be refunded.
- If you do not receive your order within 14 days of placing it, please contact us via email/Facebook/Instagram so we can assist you as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for refunds or resending orders after 21 days if we have not received any feedback from you.
- Once we receive your returned items, please allow 10-15 business days for the refund process to be completed. We can only issue refunds to the original payment method. After the return process is complete, we will email you to inform you that the refund is being processed.
- We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels; you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Please choose the carrier of your preference. All taxes, fees, and shipping costs paid will not be refunded. However, you can contact your local customs office directly to request a refund for these fees.
How to return items:
- Place all unwanted items in the box.
- Attach the shipping label to the box.
- Fill out the return form (the more detailed the reason, the better! We value your feedback to improve our service).
- Include the packing list so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
- Send the return package to us using the carrier of your choice.
