SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Time
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
2. Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. Emails may go into your junk/spam folder so please make sure you have double-checked in case you have not received any tracking emails within a week since the order date.
3. Taxes
- For domestic orders: DAPHALE STUDIOS offers J&T delivery.

Orders could be charged with customs fees upon arrival and we cannot predict the extent of these costs.
Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
***If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us by email at [email protected] or DM us through @daphalestudios. Once the parcel has been delivered to the delivery company, the control is not in our hands anymore and in shipping carriers instead. So please make sure you do the following right to prevent the problems.
- Provide correct address for delivery
- The address for delivery is accessible
- Make sure there is someone is available to collect the parcel
