We understand you would want to return your product if you are not happy with it so we want to make it as simple as possible for you. Please read the rules carefully in case of considering returning a product:
- You can return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.
- Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item – please see the form for the list of reasons. If there is no return form in your parcel, please click here to download it.
- We need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition, not worn, washed, or damaged – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
Please ensure to obtain a tracking code at the post office. All returned goods remain in the responsibility of the customer until they reach DAPHALE Studios. DAPHALE does not take any responsibility for lost products and holds the right to refuse a refund in case of lost products. If returning goods from outside of Germany, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with a ‘tracking code’. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach DAPHALE Studios. We currently do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for orders; you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
If any items may be faulty or damaged when you receive it, please notify us within 7 days.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please give us 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please give us additional 5 days for your bank to refund your money. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
